Refund Policy

1. Default Refund Position

Listify operates on a non-refundable subscription model. Once a billing period has begun and your payment method has been charged, fees for that period are not refundable, except as described in Section 3 below or as required by applicable law.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Change plan / Cancel subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; it does not generate a refund of the current period. You retain access to paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. What Is Not Refundable

Unless required by law, we do not refund for:

  • Partial billing periods (mid-cycle cancellations);
  • Unused publications, credits, listings, or features within your plan;
  • Marketplace outages or API failures (eBay, Amazon, Stripe, etc.) — see Terms §13 and §33;
  • Listings rejected, removed, suspended, or restricted by a marketplace;
  • Account suspensions or seller restrictions imposed by marketplaces;
  • AI-generated content errors, inaccuracies, or unsuitable suggestions;
  • User error, including incorrect product data, accidental publishing, or misconfigured policies;
  • Dissatisfaction with sales performance, listing visibility, or marketplace ranking;
  • Add-on features or one-time charges already consumed.

3. Limited Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, issue a partial or full refund in the following limited situations:

  • A duplicate charge processed in error by Listify;
  • A documented Listify-side billing error (incorrect plan, incorrect amount);
  • A material, prolonged service outage caused by Listify itself (excluding third-party outages described in Section 2);
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

To request a refund under these exceptions, email info@artechgarage.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email, the invoice or charge ID from Stripe, and a description of the issue. We respond within 7 business days.

4. Free Trial and Free Publications

Free trials and free publications do not generate any charge and are not eligible for refund discussion. When you activate your plan or exhaust free publications, billing begins per the disclosure shown at activation. See Terms §14.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact info@artechgarage.com first — most billing concerns can be resolved directly and quickly.

Chargebacks reversed in our favor may result in account suspension and outstanding balance owed.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Stripe typically returns funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. Listify is not responsible for delays caused by your payment processor or financial institution.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
