DMCA Copyright Policy

Listify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

Listify is a software platform operated by ArtechGarage LLC that allows users to create, manage, optimize, and publish marketplace listings. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, generate, submit, or publish through Listify, including product images, titles, descriptions, brand names, logos, and other listing materials.

If you believe that content available through Listify infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent.

To submit a DMCA notice, please include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including enough information for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the user who submitted the content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your judicial district, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in Florida, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

Listify may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or violate intellectual property rights.
