Delete your Listify account

What gets deleted

• Your user account (email, password, preferences).
• Your products, AI-generated photos, and listings created in Listify.
• The connection to your eBay account (OAuth tokens). Your eBay listings themselves are not removed — you manage those from eBay directly.
• Your active Stripe subscription will be canceled automatically.
• Your re-pricing history and synced orders.

What we retain (and for how long)

• Support tickets and Stripe invoices — retained for legal/tax requirements (up to 7 years depending on jurisdiction).
• Anonymized logs without personal identifiers may be retained for aggregate analytics.

Deletion timeline

Your account and access tokens are removed immediately on confirmation. Final deletion of all associated data completes within 30 days.
